Recently, a TikTok video went viral that showcased the poor state of a Chicago area Popeyes drive-thru. In the video TikTok user Tiffany (@tiffanyveronica_) captured the employee presenting a list of all the items that were missing from the restaurant’s menu, including dipping sauces, condiments, many sides & cups for drinks.

In the comments section of Tiffans video, users recounted tales of being served meals with missing items, long wait times, and poor customer service.
However some commenters also pointed Out that the Shortages may not be entirely the fault of the employees. Some workers claimed that the restaurant’s supply trucks often do not arrive leaving them with little to no inventory to sell.
