Orca is a classic 1977 horror film directed by Michael Anderson and starring Richard Harris, Charlotte Rampling, and Will Sampson. The movie tells the story of a killer whale that seeks revenge on a group of humans who have wronged it.

However, things take a turn for the worse when the Orca’s mate and calf are killed during the hunt. Enraged by the loss of his family, the Orca begins stalking the fishermen, attacking their boats and killing them one by one.

As the body count rises, Rachel and Nolan team up to try and stop the Orca’s rampage. But with the help of a Native American shaman (Sampson), they discover that the Orca is more than just an animal seeking revenge – it is a supernatural being with a powerful connection to the spirit world.

One of the standout features of Orca is its stunning cinematography, which captures the beauty and power of the killer whale. The film’s special effects, while somewhat dated by today’s standards, are still impressive and add to the sense of terror and excitement.

The performances by Harris, Rampling, and Sampson are also strong, with each actor bringing depth and emotion to their respective roles. The tension between Nolan and Rachel, as they struggle to stop the Orca while also fighting their own personal demons, adds an extra layer of drama to the film.
